About this artwork
A cold sunset, in the small river, with the trees full of warm leaves, red, orange, pink, etc. The purplish blue snow contrasts with the warm trees, creating a sensation of cold and warmth at the same time.
The textures of the leaves floating between the violet blues create a foreground, making the channel move away from where the river begins, getting lost in the forest.
The weave of the fabric enriches the painting, while the textures are interspersed… creating new visual colors.
The work is without a rigid support, so that the collector can hang it to his liking.

Andrés Rueda is an artist based in Spain whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Germany, the Netherlands, France, and China. Considering himself a descendant of French Impressionism, his vibrant and expressive works... Born in Spain in 1956, he considers himself a citizen of the world. He is a prominent Neo-Impressionist painter. From an early age, he felt a deep attraction to painting and, as a street painter, he made his way to exhibit in internationally renowned galleries. Some of these galleries include those in Barcelona, California, the Netherlands, Madrid, China, Paris, and Castellón. His work is distributed throughout Spain, Germany, Argentina, France, Luxembourg, China, the United States, and London, among major art collectors.
