About this artwork
An exercise in vibrant red and surreal flanking background shapes and texture. The piece leverages the various differences in viewer visual acuity after capturing any sets of eyes with vibrant red color. Any viewer with visual acuity other than standard 20/20 vision could find lingering excitement the possibility of experiencing 3D visual affects.

Exciting US painter Andy Hollimon has never taken an art class in his life. It was after military service and a business career, that Hollimon discovered his natural gift for painting. Working mainly with oil paints, Hollimon is a realist painter, but admits to approaching realism with 'on canvas twists'. Such twists include surprising color schemes, moments of abstraction, and perspective shifts. Hollimon's paintings are luminous, mysterious, and joyful. Full of revelations, they invoke delight and invite contemplation.
