About this artwork
The bronze shows a young woman at the drum, fused with the instrument, devoted to sound and rhythm. The figure is the 1st copy of an edition of twenty-five, the bronze is signed with AK on the plinth, the edition number is milled into the underside. Since each bronze is individually chiseled and patinated by hand, there are small variations in the color of the patina and in the surface structure.
