About this artwork
In this artwork, I wanted to capture the vibrant energy of a bustling city through precise geometric forms and a warm palette. Each square and line merges into an intense visual rhythm, creating a dynamic dialogue between order and chaos. This oil painting will bring a stimulating and passionate atmosphere, ideal for enlivening your living space.
Angelo Vullo is a Brussels-based painter whose career has its roots in the underground art scene and his studies at the Saint-Luc Institute and then at ERG. He uses various techniques: pointillism, dripping, scraping, etc., and currently favors thin layers of oil paint to achieve a vibrant light, oscillating between minimalist and baroque abstraction, drawing inspiration from both the Renaissance and digital imagery. His work, with its vibrant colors and nourished by music, folklore, and literature, conveys an intense, almost lyrical emotion, like a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
