About this artwork
In crafting this painting, I delved into the harmonious interplay of expressionism and realism, using both acrylic and oil to breathe life into my vision. Here, the textured, almost cracking surface evokes a poignant vulnerability while the rich, understated color palette deepens the subject's introspective aura. This piece invites viewers into a moment of personal reflection, urging them to explore the layers of their own emotions. It's an artwork… meant to resonate, evoke, and inspire personal connections within the confines of one’s living space.
« Every day I can become fascinated by the beauty in even the smallest things, inspiring me to express these impressions into all facets of the art of painting and sculpting. »
