About this artwork
Amidst a serene and thought-provoking canvas, an enigmatic scene unfolds. A young girl stands in contemplation, delicately hanging up Salvador Dali's iconic melting clocks, suspended on a fragile clothesline. The ethereal wind softly rustles the clocks, transforming their once rigid form into fluid, evanescent shapes.
In this surreal portrayal, the artist skillfully plays with the concept of time, inviting viewers to reflect on life's fleeting nature.… Each tick of the clock becomes a gentle reminder that time is transient, and the present moment is all we truly possess.
Beyond the artistic symbolism lies a powerful message: "What are you waiting for?" It serves as a gentle nudge to those who hesitate, encouraging them to embrace the present and pursue their aspirations with determination and purpose.
« My paintings have a strong autobiographical component. I like to portray experiences and feelings with delicate brushstrokes and calm colors. »
