About this artwork
A bull, a cow that looks mischievously and makes the viewer smile. But not all cattle have it good and can look cheerfully at the world. Anjuta Schneider's open style of painting also wants to sharpen the view of what lies behind, on our ambivalent relationship to farm animals and their attitude: "animal turn".
This is another reason why the picture is painted in black and white tones.
But all of their animals are lucky animals!
The picture is… painted on uncoated high-quality canvas (raw fabric) and provided with a signature on the front (characters) and back, it has a black floater frame.
« Art breaks open, changes and enlivens!
If I can stop the viewer, make him think, question or simply smile and give him enriching moments, then I am greatful! »
Anjuta Schneider is a prize-winning German artist whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Spain. For her, the abundance and power of being able to react directly, metaphorically or symbolically to artistic content are all essential components to make the viewer pause. Schneider expressive compositions explore time, artificial intelligence, the life cycle, the environment and encounters. The stylistic breaks in her colorful pieces are intended as a provocation.
