About this artwork
A new series begins. This picture is actually a bizarre still life. It is an expressive image and it is not immediately obvious what is depicted in this painting. In the center is a bread with a pig on it and a cord that connects everything together. The pig is tied up and cannot leave. In a broader sense, this is also about my position on animal husbandry and animal welfare.
