“Breath from the Heart” is an invitation addressed directly to the observer.
This work is born from my thirty-year experience as a meditation teacher.
I guide people to find the inner peace essential for well-being.
This painting is a visual anchor, created to guide your gaze and your spirit into a moment of true peace.
It invites you to let go of tensions, to close your eyes and feel the breath which, from the centre of your being - the Heart… or IVth Chakra - nourishes the body and calms the mind.
When we connect with the breath of the heart, inner spaces open up!
In this canvas, we glimpse figures seemingly lifted from a fairytale world. These sweet and mysterious presences symbolize the inner child we still harbor within us. They invite you to rediscover that part of yourself filled with wonder, innocence, and spontaneity.
