Every artistic journey is a process of exploration, and mine has evolved through observation, transformation, and a close relationship with nature. As a landscape painter, I loved working outdoors en plein air, bringing canvas and brushes directly into the field. My aim was to capture nature in its fleeting essence with complete authenticity—exactly as it appeared to my eyes and to my soul in that singular, unrepeatable moment. This intense period of plein air painting gave me a profound understanding of organic forms, fluid lines, and the natural harmony of colors. However, art is not a static condition, but a living flow. Over time, I felt a deep and irresistible need for radical change. I realized that simply representing external reality was no longer enough to express the complexity of my inner emotional world. I longed to create something deeply personal—worlds and beings that were not dictated by the outside world, but born entirely from my imagination. It was through this act of inner liberation that my distinctive figures emerged. These are stylized, geometric creatures without visible eyes, as they are not oriented toward the external world but toward an inner dimension. Yet they communicate in an essential way: through the simple lines of their mouths, they convey emotions, dialogue, joy, and positivity. Despite this visual reduction, they radiate individuality, elegance, and character, distinguished by original, almost sculptural hairstyles and bold earrings. These mysterious figures have become intimate companions, each representing a unique symbol of introspection, dignity, and the search for identity. For me, dialogue is a fundamental element of human existence. My figures are not merely presences, but symbolic forms that communicate with one another. Through spatial relationships, composition, and the line of the mouth, I seek to evoke connections, listening, and emotional states without fully defining them. Music, poetry, and human relationships are constant sources of inspiration, and many compositions arise from observing the invisible communication between people. The sun is a recurring and symbolic element in my work: not only a source of light, but also of vital energy and the emotional center of the composition. It appears throughout many contemporary works, enhancing colors, creating balance, and suggesting a profound connection between nature and the inner world.Intense colors, geometric forms, fluid lines, and decorative details come together in contemporary oil paintings on canvas, rich in harmony and positive energy. My visual language lies between abstraction and figuration, in a semi-abstract balance between recognizability and imagination. Every artwork is an original and unique piece.Among my most recent explorations is Organic Symbiosis, a series that represents a natural meeting point between my background in landscape painting and the figurative language I have developed over time. After extensively exploring the themes of human relationships and dialogue between figures, I felt the need to bring nature back to the center of my artistic research—not merely as a subject to depict, but as an integral part of my figures' identity.Having grown up in close contact with the Alpine landscape, this connection has never been broken. Even within my semi-abstract practice, I continue to rediscover forms, rhythms, and harmonies that arise from observing the natural world. In Organic Symbiosis, botanical elements, flowers, and organic forms intertwine with my geometric language, creating a fusion between nature and the inner world. The series is rooted in the idea that human beings and nature are not separate realities, but parts of the same balance: growth, transformation, connection, and harmony within diversity.Throughout my career, I have received numerous national and international awards, both for my early landscape paintings and for my contemporary work. Among the most significant are two A' Design Awards, the Second Prize at the Gala de l'Art in Monte Carlo, and the Lifetime Achievement Award presented at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome.I have exhibited internationally across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, participating in art fairs with dedicated exhibition spaces. In particular, I have exhibited several times in Hong Kong, as well as in Dubai and Canada, establishing connections with collectors from around the world.Through my art, I continue to explore the dialogue between people, emotions, and nature. Each work is created with the desire to foster a moment of connection and to invite the viewer to slow down, observe, and rediscover the beauty of the bonds that unite us with one another and with the world around us.
