About this artwork
Created with my unique Progressive Multipaint technique, this artwork reveals two intertwined worlds depending on the light.
In daylight, a powerful female figure rises like the trunk of a radiant tree. From her open arms bursts a crown of vibrant colors, with a bright core at its center the inner light of life, creation, and growth. She symbolizes intuition, nature, and the force that brings new energy into the world.
In darkness, under UV light,… a male figure emerges, the Vitruvian Man. Hidden within the same canvas, he represents structure, knowledge, and the harmony of the human form. His appearance only in the dark speaks of the balance between shadow and clarity, thought and instinct.
Together, the two figures form a dialogue of feminine and masculine energy, creation and consciousness. The blooming tree becomes both a symbol of nature and a cosmic explosion, connecting earth with the universe.
Antoni Dragan in an emerging artist from Greece whose work has already been exhibited internationally. His compositions are pop art interpretations of what he sees, and he fills each work with vibrant colors and a mix of the recognizable and unfamiliar. He has developed a 'progressive multi-paint technique,' wherein completely different paintings appear on the same surface depending on the intensity of light.
