Sculpture "Mae West" at Effnerplatz in Munich in the evening mood in summer
This work is part of a triptych that consists of the different reflections of the original photo. In the first picture you can only see the lights of cars driving out of the subway. In the second work you can see the cars coming out and the cars coming in. In the third only the cars coming in. If you hang the pictures next to each other, they also represent reflections… of each other. What all three have in common is that the sculpture is in the center, which itself consists of reflections. But its symmetry is the same as in nature. This is how the illustration is created; you see the unchangeable original, while the world around it is a single reflection.
