The REVOLVERS, the "coat hangers" that spin their "empty pockets," are a series of 1,162 unique works (as many as Garibaldi's soldiers: here, we remake Italy or die). The REVOLVERS were created on September 8, 2004, but were only completed in 2025. These works aim to provoke reflection on the society around us, the art world itself, and many other important topics. I summarized their origins in a poem, which I then set to music (see video). The works… play on the widespread Italian saying "mi girano le...balle," used to indicate something that irritates, annoys...

Arsen Ale is an eclectic artist with a technical and entrepreneurial background, who uses sculpture, painting, and printmaking as means to explore the complexity of the contemporary world. His works are steeped in conceptualism, where the medium is a vehicle rather than an end, and they explore themes such as society, freedom, politics, and spirituality. Through his art, he seeks to stir the viewer's soul and mind, inspiring reflection and a genuine desire for change.
