Minimalism and simplicity
Once I began to experience stress, depression. Loss of interest in life. The house was in disorder. I gave myself three days to get out of this mess. I got up very lazily and started cleaning the house. Throw away anything you don't need. At home, freedom means order everywhere. Then I'm began to take things apart. I left the most necessary and simple, modest. When I finished, I sat down on the sofa and looked around,… it was pleasant for me, calm in my soul and in my head. Thought easily while enjoying a free clean house. At that moment, I realized that minimalism gives order and gives freedom to think big. When we have many options and few places, we begin to stress our body, and the brain quickly gets tired. Minimalism allows us to stay free and balanced. Minimalism is like keeping one balance. That's why I painted minimalism.
