I was inspired by the paintings and works of Arkhipov, a representative of Russian painting and Abram Manevich. Summertime is good for inspiration and having fun with family and friends. Leaves were gold and brown that day. And green. People were having fun, walking and resting. Road was sunny and impressionistic. Impressionism shows the beauty of the moment as it is. But I was deep in… realism in order to appreciate the masters of the past. Nature is so inspiring.

Artem Brazhnik is a painter from Ukraine who has exhibited nationally. He drew often as a child and after his father saw one of his, he exclaimed that he was an artist, which he has remained ever since. Brazhnik’s works mainly feature landscapes, favoring impressionism as his favorite technique for plein air painting. He prefers to create using oils on canvas.
