He sees the three periods, becomes a benefactor to all, free from disease and sorrow and long-lived;
and, like the Bird-Spirit, he is a destroyer of endless dangers.
One who constantly fixes his mind on this lotus, controlled his breath by Retention is,
when wrathful,… capable of moving the three worlds.
No God is able to dominate his power, nor resist him.
