The artist and communication designer Astrid Stöfhas was born in Hamburg in 1973 and studied communication design there. At the age of 18
She began to create large-scale abstract paintings that quickly attracted the interest and
She received recognition from her community – friends of her parents were among her first clients. Today, Astrid Stöfhas looks back on over 25 years of experience as a contemporary artist.
In her impressive career, she has participated in numerous international exhibitions and symposia, which have significantly influenced her artistic development. These diverse experiences are reflected in her current works, which, through a mixed media of oil, acrylic, ink, gold leaf, and metallic pigments,
