About this artwork
Little Otter is a representation of my totem animal, sitting on its haunches, as if it had something to tell us. I created it by modeling clay, molding the piece, and then making a unique plaster cast. Varnished with milk, I then painted it with gouache and finally created its adornment by assembling beads, threads, and found objects.
