About this artwork
like all the works of Berardicurti, representative of a distant and different world, it wants to represent beauty, diversity, depth and identification. Feelings also conflicting but which lead to a different evaluation of the human being. The figurative representation wants to stigmatize a path that the artist wants to explain through an emotion. Feeling that tries to convey through shape and color.
« Art sweeps our soul from the dust of everyday life. -Pablo Picasso »
Barbara Berardicurti is an artist based in Italy whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Russia. In addition, her art is featured in the permanent collection of the Museo di Olevano Romano in Italy. Inspired by her travels, especially in Africa, Berardicurti's distinctive landscapes and portaits reflect both her emotions, observations, and life experiences. While she most often creates with oils, she also employs watercolors, acrylics, dry pastels, etc.
