About this artwork
The work is the result of a collaboration between the Italian artist Barbara Pastorino and the American artist Caroline Karp and the English artist Ruth Christensen, #brusheswithoutborders.
The collaboration took place on the waterfront of Safety Harbor, Florida, in October 2023, when the three artists came together to work on their artwork, sharing space, materials and inspiration.
In the attached videos you can see the various moments of the… collaboration, which led to the creation of three unique works, characterized by the same type of canvas and colors, but in which the different stylistic connotations of the three artists are clearly evident.
The work is not framed and therefore requires the intervention of a local carpenter who can frame it on a wooden frame; the work would certainly be enhanced by the use of a frame.
