Barbara Wijnveld is a prize-winning artist based in the Netherlands whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States, Belgium, and Germany. Her art explores the central concept of "nothing is what it seems". Wijnveld investigates what lies between the lines, playing with the perception of reality. Through "calculating colors and repetitive layers", she creates a "visual voice".
