About this artwork
It was exhibited at the Golden Duck Gallery (Budapest) as part of the juried TRAVELLERS ART FAIR exhibition. It also had been selected for online presentation by Golden Duck Gallery at the NYC Monograph Open Call & Digital Portfolio Show online event, took place from October 28 to December 2, 2025, in Manhattan, New York, Suites by NYLO.
This piece channels raw emotion through expressionism and symbolism, capturing isolation softened by comfort.… I painted the figure clutching the teddy to embody vulnerability and hope, reminding us that even in our darkest moments, we're "Never Alone." The dripping textures and muted palette bring rawness and depth, inviting the energy of empathy and resilience into any space it inhabits.
I have used expand pasta for creating the teddy bear.
