vogelfrei IV is a 50 cm/19,68 in W x 100 cm/39.37 in H, 3,8 cm/1,5 in deep mixed media painting.

"Art, freedom and creativity will change society faster than politics." Victor Pinchuk said.

"vogelfrei" means free like birds. In many of my artworks birds represent having wings of possibilities, freedom of flight, precision and timing, perspektive, vision and individuality. Imagine the feeling of being a bird and flying high! In "vogelfrei" IV I… used expressive thick brush strokes. The meaning of the word "vogelfrei" becomes part of the painting. I transfer the letters literally onto the canvas; solidifying the message. The painting uses different gray colors.

This expressive artwork is painted on high quality canvas. It is ready to hang, edges are painted. Horizontal hanging is also very nice. The signature is on the left front. It is varnished for protection against UV light and dust.
