Empecé pintando uns flores muy bucólicas y acabé dejándome llevar mientras escuchaba la musica de La Pantera Rosa en la radio. Fue totalmente insconsciente pero no puedo dejar de ver un pacecido "asombroso".
La serie de dibujos animados y la película es todo un símbolo para la gente de mi generación. Entonces solo había dos canales y unas horas determinadas de emisión y todos lo veíamos a la hora de la merienda al llegar del cole.

Begoña Lafuente is a painter and illustrator based in the Netherlands whose works have been widely exhibited internationally, as well as in Spain. For her, art is a timeless conversation where not everything is said and "the essential is diluted." Lafuente describes her works as a game of combinations that combines materials, textures and colors, improvising new routes for the senses. In addition, she integrates movement and contrast in her compositions to cultivate visual and emotional tension.
