« I prefer to work on the real phenomena of this world in order to present my own view on and especially behind the things. »
Since 1985 Benno Noll works as a freelance artist. The archaic emerges as a theme, but also illustrated by the choice of material in his pictures. He creates frescoes by working in alternating, filled with corroded iron and light, consisting of water, glazes. The layers sense the production process and give the work plasticity.
