About this artwork
Out of Range II is a large-scale abstract work full of movement and power. The fleeting, open and barely perceptible is captured here in swirling strokes and energetic brushwork. Strong, dark green is contrasted with a delicate, partially transparent pink. In addition, there is a network of lines reminiscent of leaves and branches that seems to grow across the picture.
