About this artwork
My artwork "Hamburg-Best-of" tells my story of "the gateway to the world" as a modern, vibrant Hanseatic city with a unique atmosphere! I am fascinated by the interplay of water, landmarks, cosmopolitan city life, and vast open spaces! I want to showcase Hamburg in an innovative and appealing way, using colors that convey pure energy and joie de vivre.
In my work, I combine clear, graphic lines with the lightness of watercolors and the vibrancy… of Pop Art. This creates a feeling of openness, dynamism, and joie de vivre.
Under the guiding principle of "Art of Joy," I want to portray cities as emotional living spaces. My works invite viewers to rediscover their own memories, moods, and positive moments within the images. My depiction of Hamburg, in particular, becomes an expression of freedom and urban joy.
