About this artwork
Both works belong to the "Vista Cortile" series. You can see the view of an inner courtyard of the medieval old town of Bracciano (Lago di Bracciano, Rome) with adjoining houses and paths. There are various interpretations of this motif, also in different formats and color contrasts.

The artist Birgitt Becker studied at the f Trier Design (1979 -1984). She lived in Rome since the late 90s, where she worked very successfully as an interior designer. In 2007 she moved back to Germany and exclusively dedicated herself to painting.
