Carla Sá Fernandes is an exciting Portuguese artist who has exhibited her work in India, Italy, Portugal and the US. Formerly a chemical engineer and sales and marketing executive, she quit her job full-time after the birth of her son to dedicate the free time that remained to painting. Her works are emotive and visceral, created spontaneously and with intimate passion.
