About this artwork
Carlos López González, trained in Fine Arts and with a career spanning over 30 years, uses painting as his primary medium, exploring the fusion of landscape and matter. His work is characterized by expressionist figuration, where he employs thick impasto and drippings, allowing each material to contribute meaning and texture to the depicted subject. Through his art, he conveys an authentic and sensitive connection with nature, inviting the viewer to experience a real and vivid emotion in front of the canvas.
