Hay figuras que no se muestran del todo, como si aún no hubiesen decidido quedarse. Esta obra habita ese instante, un perfil suspendido entre lo que fue y lo que todavía no termina de aparecer.
El rostro se disuelve en materia y gesto, atravesado por luces que no iluminan, sino que revelan capas internas. No es un retrato cerrado, sino una presencia en tránsito, donde la identidad se vuelve inestable, abierta, viva.
Aquí la pintura no busca definir,… sino sostener esa vibración: la de alguien que está cruzando un umbral sin saber aún hacia dónde.
