About this artwork
In my artwork, I interweave deep shades of blue with dynamic white tones to capture the play of light and shadow in nature. This glass wall piece reflects the power and elegance of a rushing stream—a constant flow of energy and movement. My wish is that this sculpture brings a refreshing and invigorating atmosphere to every home, a piece of living nature that combines stillness and movement.

From an early age, glass was more than just a material for me—it was a medium full of secrets and memories. My father, a skilled craftsman with great dedication and inventiveness, developed a special technique over many years, which he passed on to me in 2020. Based on this, I developed my own artistic process: lava coating.
This technique combines past and present, craftsmanship and free expression, father and daughter. I apply different materials layer upon layer to the back of the glass – each layer must dry for at least 24 hours. Only at the end is the work sealed and turned over.
The moment of unveiling is always surprising—I see the result for the first time, just like everyone else. This trust in the process, combined with craftsmanship and intuition, is the heart of my work.
