About this artwork
In this work, titled "The Alignment of the Seas", I have captured the hypnotic essence of the sea through abstraction. Using acrylic and oil, I painted a series of sailboats, symbols of navigation and discovery, emerging from a tormented background, to evoke man's continual quest in the face of the unknown.
