Christiane Wilhelmi uses drawing, cyanotype, paper cutting, painting, and urban sketching, influenced by her training as an interior designer and her teaching activities in Stuttgart. Her artistic techniques range from sensitive portraits to atmospheric landscape depictions, always with a love of detail and a talent for drawing. With her art, she draws attention to the invisible in everyday life and invites a conscious, empathetic experience of people, nature, and the environment—her works exude mindfulness, appreciation, and quiet fascination.
