About this artwork
Are we blinded by success? Or is our perspective perhaps shifting? How we deal with the demands of fame is entirely up to us. Do we strive for more, or are we perhaps looking at something else entirely differently? I grappled with these questions when creating this image.
Here, I explore the exciting connection between the visible and the hidden. Through the use of acrylic paints and collage elements made from music paper, a multi-layered texture… emerges that reflects the depths of our inner world and the complexity of the human psyche. A mixture of abstract and symbolic elements invites us to reconsider the background of success and the perception of reality. The painting opens up a space for reflection and invites us to become aware of the subtle nuances of success. With its powerful, thoughtful aura, it enriches any room and inspires new discoveries.
