About this artwork
Black ink, matt brushed and partially polished.
The matt shine is permanently retained by the natural oxide layer of the pure aluminium, the brightly polished structures and contours reflect the color mood of the respective environment and integrate the object into any interior. The wall object can also be exposed to direct sunlight.
The sculpture is signed… on the front and on the back with the initials cR and also dated on the back. The specially developed, load-bearing construction enables easy installation with an effective distance from the wall.
The work originally comes from the series "Eternal Darkness" No. 23 from the year 2018. The formerly dark textile darkness is now wrapped in the lightness of metal.

His techniques and use of materials are also peculiar.
Standing outside the traditional art world, Robausch goes and thinks in an open and unsupported way.
Sculptures, wall objects and relief-like panel paintings are created entirely from within the individual.
Robausch also likes to rework his own works from earlier times, deforming and retuning them.
The translation of the mood of his physical works into digital, animated works sometimes seems strangely alien.
Currently, his original, very material-oriented working method is unfolding again with the "Future Origin" series.
The unpredictable immediacy seems to shine through these enigmatic, relief-like panel paintings.
