About this artwork
Large sculpture for indoor and weather-protected outdoor areas.
The sculpture weighs 19 kg, is made of manually formed aluminium, the base is filled with concrete..
The aluminum surface was coated with iron pigments in a special process and encouraged to rust. Further oxidation of the iron particles was stopped by multiple sealing and the rough, rusty surface does not stain as a result.
"Raw Nature - Five in One"… has a rather dark nature by itself. The sculpture can withstand direct sunlight, which makes the brightly brushed structures and untreated aluminum areas shine all the more. The flowers are painted with waterproof ink.
The work is signed with the initials cR in the lower part of the base.

« My rather unconventional technique arises from the intention to let the change of the material to the work flow freely. »
The free use of one's own resources is the fundamental creative disposition in Robausch's work.
His techniques and use of materials are also peculiar.
Standing outside the traditional art world, Robausch goes and thinks in an open and unsupported way.
Sculptures, wall objects and relief-like panel paintings are created entirely from within the individual.
Robausch also likes to rework his own works from earlier times, deforming and retuning them.
The translation of the mood of his physical works into digital, animated works sometimes seems strangely alien.
Currently, his original, very material-oriented working method is unfolding again with the "Future Origin" series.
The unpredictable immediacy seems to shine through these enigmatic, relief-like panel paintings.
