About this artwork
My paintings reflect my life in the countryside: the flowers in my garden happily dive into them, in all their shapes and colors. But not only that. My pets also have their place in my imagination. I had to immortalize them one after the other.
So here is our little rabbit, “Poupoune” for her friends, painted shortly after her departure for the other world.
She was over 10 years old.
I had fun letting the brushes and colors wander, once I finished… the wise and faithful representation of this adorable little ball of fur who left a big void in our home. The timidly pop side gives spice to this composition by enhancing the pastel colors of the background, created with a brush and spray can.

She even designed the decoration for the Anatole Jakovsky Museum of Naïve Art in Nice, where she occasionally leads painting workshops as part of events organized by the Friends of the Anatole Jakovsky Museum association.
