About this artwork
"Fluctuat" is a unique original work, hand-painted by the artist Corinne Foucouin. The technique used is that of oil painting with a knife with effects of thickness and material. The painting Fluctuat was born from the meeting of water, a river that could be the Seine, and trees, wood, fiery red color. The contrast of the elements and the blue and red colors with golden effects, create a symbiosis, we can guess movements and fluctuations, the eye…
wanders there as in a forest on the edge of the river. A landscape half abstract, half impressionist, half fauve, at the crossroads of these artistic movements, which captivates the eye with passion.
