About this artwork
In merging acrylics and oils, I've captured the stirring essence of humanity in motion—each stroke embodies raw emotion and connects the forms in a dance of light and shadow. The semi-abstract approach lets viewers find their reflections in the blend of fine art and expressionism. This painting is imbued with the energy of life's fleeting moments and will provoke contemplation and dynamism in any space it graces.
« The moments I paint are precious, that is when I am completely true to myself. »
Cynthia Gregorová is a Slovakian artist whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Portugal and Serbia. Her paintings explore themes relating to social ties, and the relationship between the individual and their surroundings. Gregorová's artistic language is expressive, lyrical, and strongly associated with survival. The human is essential to her, with their "fears, ailments, and related encounters". Her pieces are primarily created using monotype and gravure printing techniques.
