La Reina Beach is located in Tangier, Morocco, and at the beginning of the 21st century, it was clean and commercially free. This painting speaks to the transience of time and space... Nothing will ever be the same, neither place, time, nor memory. Nothing can be held, though it seems permanent the moment it is submerged. No configuration is the same. Everything is disposable—sun, water, earth, jouth, life, death.
