About this artwork
In this work, I immersed myself in a universe of abstraction, where the free expression of emotions governs. Through acrylic and ink, I captured an impressionistic dynamic, driven by vibrant colors and bold shapes. It is a visual dialogue between passion and tranquility that will invite reflection and infuse an invigorating energy into any space.
. I believe the strength of the portfolio of artworks presented by Daniel Burgraeve lies in a coherent group of artworks, even if they differ from each other in terms of composition and other aspects. They were all created from a similar visual concept.
Daniel Burgraeve defines these abstract expressionist works as lyrical abstractions. They are all action paintings, created spontaneously, non-figurative, or identifiable by rapid brushstrokes.
If I had to choose a favorite work, I would choose "lyrical abstraction 2": "LYRICAL ABSTRACTION 2".
