About this artwork
I wanted to capture the fleeting grace and freedom of birds in flight. Using oil paint, I sought to make the softness of their feathers resonate against the peaceful expanse of the sky. This artwork evokes a suspended moment, filled with lightness and hope, bringing a calm and poetic energy to your home.
Daniele Badet paints in oils as naturally as breathing: with necessity, gentleness, and depth. After exploring watercolor, pastel, ink, and acrylic, she has developed, through workshops and exhibitions, a highly personal pictorial voice. Her technique blends intuition, luminous flat tints, and an Impressionist inspiration that she freely transforms, moving away from reality to capture its emotion. Nature, and especially water, is her inner world: serene seas, inhabited waves, imagined horizons. Daniele doesn't describe a landscape; she translates its very essence. Her works carry color like a living language and invite the viewer to feel, to dream, to escape.
