About this artwork
In this work, I chose the spiral as a symbol of change and growth to represent the constant cycle of life's becoming and passing away. The combination of acrylic, oil, and ink creates a vibrant energy that pulsates from within. The colors dance in the space, inviting you to bring positive energy and harmony into your home. It's a dynamic sense of movement and hope that captivates every eye.
The image is a tribute to Friedensreich Hundertwasser's… "Dreamcatcher of a more beautiful world"
- Inspired by the exhibition at the Lindau City Museum on Lake Constance -
Created in 2019 at the KULT studio on Lindau Island in Lake Constance. Original and unique piece by DANJA KULTERER, signed on the back; since it can be hung in any direction, it is unsigned on the front.
Danja Kulterer has been a full-time artist for 20 years, with her own studios in Germany and Austria. She is dedicated to intuitive energy field painting and often uses unconventional tools and materials for her abstract color compositions. Her vibrant works, inspired by the rhythm of life, expand feelings of lightness and true joy.
Painted beats and vibes are fusions with music, which she also performs live. She works in St. Anton am Arlberg in the winter, where she has been painting her "Snow Art" series since 2007. She also works in the summer by the water, for example, in Carinthia on Lake Wörthersee or on the upper Adriatic in Italy. From her studio and gallery days on the island of Lindau in Lake Constance, she continues to serve her loyal regular customers and collectors from Switzerland to the North Sea.
"Apparently I'm just looking at the sky, but in reality I'm painting my next picture." Danja Kulterer
