About this artwork
I created this small painting of a pink lotus flower on a golden background using a mixed technique: I oxidized metal leaf with chemicals to achieve natural color shifts and texture. The lotus rests inside a vintage Japanese frame that adds character without overwhelming the work.
I ship the piece without glass — not as a shortcut, but to avoid the risk of the glass breaking in transit and damaging the painting itself. The surface is protected and… ready to be framed with glass by the collector if they choose.

I am a Ukrainian artist, holding a bachelor's degree in Cultural Events Directing from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. Furthering my passion for art, I pursued Contemporary Art at the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts. Since 2013, art has been my full-time dedication.
I am portraying the delicate harmony between terrestrial flora and the enigmatic depths of aquatic fauna. My work goes beyond the surface, exploring the subconscious and the intertwined connection between humanity and nature.
