About this artwork
It is a luminous suspended sculpture that combines
textile experimentation, organic design and painting techniques
to give life to an object suspended between art and light, designed for
amplify the atmosphere and the shadows generated by the lampshade.
structure features four staggered light points, supported by a
satin steel ceiling rose with two recessed LED spotlights.
The central element of the work is the sculptural lampshade, made
with… four wool panels. Each panel was hand-drilled.
with a die, then mixed in paint and modelled on a
sphere to acquire a curved and organic shape. The treatment
final is a multicolored varnish that simulates the brilliance and
the textures of the glazed ceramic, obtaining a visual effect
unexpected and refined.
The lighting is completed by four special bulbs in the shape of
oval, which add a sculptural and contemporary touch
