About this artwork
The strokes and the surface.
These are the two elements I have researched during many years of working with the combination of the two.
The simplicity - everything else in this combinatorial context is irrelevant. Apart from this, there are a lot of other alternatives - but the power these two rules have in their simplicity is infinite - as art is.
And the simpler the cleaner it can be.
Simplicity is the second absolute in art that, combined with… the stroke and the surface, it can create an infinite world.
It is these two things together that I have worked with.
I've only just started – working with an expression such as Tapies or others who require the simplicity of calligraphy where everything emphasizes infinity.
In the purity together with the infinite possibilities there is great strength.
These measures appear in my works but are also my unique fingerprint, my signature or some form of a signature without a signature.
Through chosing or rejecting I try to find purity
