About this artwork
I created this artwork to capture the fragile transformation between nature and waste, blending colors and textures. Each brushstroke expresses an energy of hope and reminder, inviting reflection on the reinvention of what we discard. It will bring a vibration that is both bold and poetic, enlivening your space with a dialogue between past and future.
Davide Susca, Italian, born in Luxembourg. Interior architect trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. His experimental approach favors recycling and an abstract, impressionistic, or expressionistic style, while incorporating recycled materials such as plastic, iron, and wood. Through his works, he seeks to convey a profound meditation on nature, ecology, and a sense of contemplative freedom. An independent artist since 2000, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Luxembourg, France, Portugal, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Austria, and Italy. And has held numerous solo exhibitions in Portugal, Italy and Luxembourg. In Canada he won the Saibam Prize at the Montreal Art Fair in 2001 and in 2021 was nominated for the Vittorio Sgargi Prize in Ferrara (Italy) His works for sale can be found in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Canada, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Germany, Brazil, Australia and the United States.
