About this artwork
In this painting I sought to capture the raw and primal essence of human emotions. Each silhouette is a dialogue, a geometric dance testifying to our internal dynamism. It carries a message of diversity, where each individual contributes to the collective energy. The plains nematoids on the lower part of the painting shout their anger. They are aggressive and in large numbers. The mountain nematoids, in the upper part of the table, are calm and serene,…
they are few in number.
In this work, I wanted to work on the material of my whole body. This large-format work has been worked, sanded, reworked, sanded again. For whole days, I became one with my painting.
I wanted to paint on wood because it is a living material, it lives according to the temperatures.
