Dominique Jamart is a painter with a background in applied arts and haute couture. Since 1999, she has worked with mediums such as acrylics, pastels, charcoal, and oils on canvas and paper. She oscillates between figuration and abstraction, using spontaneous gestures to capture the spirit in motion, rejecting any form of stillness. Her works exude a vibrant intensity and convey, through tension and fluidity, the vastness of seascapes and inner energy, inviting the viewer to experience the becoming and depths of the unconscious.
